ECONOMIC ANALYSIS SERIES: TRADE AND INDUSTRY BRIEF, June 2021

The COVID-19 pandemic, which has been going on for more than a year, has forced people to adapt, one of which is by improving communication skills and working remotely. In the future, it is estimated that the remote work phenomenon will become a new habit, continuing the digital nomad phenomenon that has emerged in recent years. This month's Trade and Industry Brief discusses the tourism opportunities and transformation needed to meet the emerging need for remote work. This transformation is absolutely necessary so that the Tourism Sector can adapt during and post-pandemic.
