Indonesia's non-oil and gas trade balance in July 2019 recorded a surplus of USD 0,08 billion, unable to cover the oil and gas balance deficit of USD 0,14 billion, so that Indonesia's trade balance in total recorded a deficit of USD 0,06 billion. The deficit in July 2019 was caused by a fairly large increase in the volume of imports of goods even though product prices and the volume of Indonesian exports also increased.
