"Renovation of the 5th Floor of the Ali Wardhana Building/LPEM FEB UI"

Place: Gd. Ali Wardhana/LPEM FEB UI 1st Floor

Registration requirements:

1. Submit a power of attorney with a stamp of IDR 6.000 from the leadership for applicants representing the leadership
   the company;
2. Submit a photocopy of personal identity (KTP/SIM) of the registrant and leader and show the original;
3. Submit a photocopy of the deed of establishment and the latest changes (if any), a photocopy of the SIUP, and a certificate
   others in the Construction sector and show the original (or legalized photocopy);

You are expected to bring original requirements (to be shown to the committee) and bound photocopies of the requirements (for the committee archives)
