LPEM FEB UI in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade and the FTA Center opens job opportunities for the positions of Expert Staff (3 people) and Support Staff (1 person) at the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Center of the Ministry of Trade in collaboration with LPEM FEB UI in the 2020 period

Position:

  • Experts in Access to Financing and Export Procedures
  • Experts in the Field of Implementation of International Trade Agreement Results
  • Experts in Promotion and Marketing Strategy
  • Support Staff

The main duties of experts (but not limited to the following) are:

  1. provide consultation, outreach and advocacy services regarding exports to FTA partner countries to the public
  2. make regular reports to the management team
  3. active participation in the monitoring and evaluation process
  4. coordinate with support staff and be administratively responsible to the FTA Center management team

The main duties of support personnel (but not limited to the following) are:

  1. receiving guests, making telephone calls, and taking notes
  2. Managing correspondence (incoming and outgoing mail)
  3. carry out financial administration
  4. make monthly activity reports
  5. create publication designs
  6. ad-hoc small translation/interpretation from Indonesian to English or vice versa
  7. work at the FTA Center office for five working days a week with working hours determined in the office environment where the FTA Center is located
  8. coordinate with Expert Staff and be administratively responsible to the FTA Center management
