Financial inclusion in Indonesia is generally carried out through the medium of Digital Financial Services (LKD) by Bank Indonesia and Officeless Financial Services in the Context of Financial Inclusion (Laku Pandai) by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The success of the LKD and Laku Pandai programs in financial inclusion is largely determined by the existence and quality of agents from each LKD issuer and Laku Pandai Organizing Bank.
