MACROECONOMIC ANALYSIS: November 2018 Inflation

In November 2018, inflation was recorded at 0,27% (mtm) or 2,50% (ytd). This month's inflation rate is slightly lower than the round inflation rate in October 2018 of 0,28% (mtm), but higher than November 2017 of 0,20% (mtm). The inflation rate in November 2018 is in line with LPEM FEB UI's predictions in the analysis Previously, inflation was predicted to remain at a low level. The majority of inflation in November 2018 was caused by increases in the price of airline tickets and non-subsidized fuel oil (BBM).
