LPEM INFLATION ANALYSIS APRIL 2017

Mei 3, 2017

In April 2017, inflation was recorded at 0,09% (mtm) or 4.17% (yoy). Inflation in April 2017 was caused by inflation in the price component regulated by the government, although the core component was recorded as stable and the volatile goods component experienced deflation. Inflation in April 2017 did not match LPEM's predictions in the previous analysis because the impact of the increase in electricity prices continued until April 2017.
