BPS recorded inflation (general) of 0,66% (mtm) or 3,45% (yoy) in June 2016. Inflation was caused by price increases in seven expenditure groups. Of the six main commodities that form LPEM-FEB UI inflation, four of them experienced price increases, namely purebred chicken meat, purebred chicken eggs, fresh fish and rice. On the other hand, red onions experienced a decline in prices.
